Product Description
Sodium Saccharin was first produced in 1878 and it is unstable when heated but it does not react chemically with other food ingredients.

Sodium Saccharin is an artificial sweetener. The basic substance, benzoic sulfimide, has effectively no food energy and is 400-500 times sweeter than sucrose, but has a bitter or metallic aftertaste, especially at high concentrations. It is used to sweeten products such as drinks, candies, biscuits, medicines, and toothpaste.

Saccharin’s main characteristics are granular size and transparency. About the granular size, the bigger the better. About transparency, the better the more transparent, so the best color is pure white.
